The use of services provided by ViewsRat.com (“we” in short) establishes agreement to these terms. By registering or using these services you agree that you have read and fully understood the following Terms of Service of this agreement.


  1. General
    • This is the most recent Terms of Service agreement as of January 13, 2018.
    • IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO ACCEPT ALL TERMS OF SERVICE FOR OUR WEBSITE THEN PLEASE DO NOT USE IT OR ACCEPT THIS AGREEMENT.
    • Any further changes modify and replace all former agreements.

  2. Service
    • Our website will only be used for promotional purposes for your account and or content.
    • We do not guarantee that your new viewers, likers and/or subscribers/followers will interact with your content.
    • You will not upload anything into this website including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and SoundCloud community. Each client is responsible for its own to check if their links compliance with the YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and SoundCloud content guideline and TOS before ordering a specific service.
    • All products are sold “as is”.

  3. Registration
    • You agree by registering or accepting this agreement that you are at least 13 years of age.

  4. Accounts
    • You are responsible to keep access to your account safe and only prohibited by you.
    • We have the right to terminate user accounts based on fraudulent and other harmful activities hurtful for our website’s services and website. Outstanding balances of suspended accounts are not eligible for refunds and only being refunded under disclosure of this website.

  5. Payments
    • You agree that upon purchasing our services, that you clearly understand and agree what you are purchasing and will not file a fraudulent dispute via the payment processors.
    • Upon a fraudulent attempt to file a dispute, we receive the right, if necessary, to reset all views, likes, subscribers, followers, plays and other purchased services, terminate your account and permanently ban you. Harm all your links, providing them with negative comments, dislikes and bad traffic which will remove them from ranking or/and make negative impression to your future visitors. If you are a re-seller, we have the right to contact your customers, inform them about your harmful actions and in order to protect them, will explain to them not to work with you anymore. Any violation of this Agreement will result in the your immediate removal from the platform, cancellation of the account and the balance will be nullified and void. Views Rat shall not be responsible or liable for your content.
    • We are offering non-tangible irrevocable goods, we do not issue refunds once the order is accomplished and the digital product is sent. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our site. For more information regarding refunds, please read our Refund Policy.

  6. Copyright
    • You will in no way copy any programming, text or images used on this website without the consent of a representative.

  7. YouTube
    • You will only use this website in a manner which follows all agreements made with YouTube on their Terms of Service page.

  8. Liabilities
    • We are in no way liable for any account suspension or video deletion done by the platforms where your content is.

  9. Disclaimer
    • We will not be responsible for any damages you or your business may suffer. We make no guarantees of any kind, expressed or implied for the services we provide. Since this website uses the internet to deliver services, we cannot guarantee up time or availability of our website.
    • We are in no way endorsed or related to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or SoundCloud and are only offering a third party services.

    The Terms of Service is subject to change at any time. Notices of change will be considered, given and effective on the date posted on our website. The changes made will become effective the date they are posted on our website. No further notice by us is required upon your continued use of our website or software. However we will notify you by e-mail or in the Dashboard of your Admin Area.
